FAQ

  • I can't find the time slot suitable for me. What can I do?
    To avoid unexpected cancellation or reschedule for our students, we only post the availability for next 2 months. If you can't find the time slot suitable for you or want to book lessons more than 2 months, we are happy to help you. Please contact us for special arrangement.
  • How do I book a lesson on the website?
    You can book a lesson after you have registered a course package. 1. Log-in to our website by clicking "log-in" on the top-right corner of website. 2. Go to "Home" page. 3. Click "Book Now" on the lesson you want to make an appointment. 4. Check the availability and find the time-slot most suitable for you, then click "Next". 5. Fill the booking form with the address of the meeting location. Our instructor will go to the location at the beginning of the lesson. 6. Confirm you entered the information correctly , then click "Book Now".
  • Can I cancel or change the lesson time after I booked the lesson?
    Yes, you can reschedule the lesson online before 24 hours of the lesson begin. We recommend you not to cancel the lesson, as this action will not credit the cancelled session to you course package. Please only reschedule the lesson online. If you cancelled the lesson, please contact us to credit the cancelled session to your package. If you must cancel or reschedule the lesson before 24 hours, please contact us by email or call. Cancellation or reschedule within 24 hours of the lesson may incur cancellation fee of $60. For details, please refer to the terms and conditions.
  • Why I can't book a road test session?
    As the time of road test is different from the standard lesson, please contact us for booking a road test session manually. You must have registered a road test section from ICBC before making the appointment of road test session.
  • How do I register the course package?
    *** PLEASE REGISTER WITH STUDENT'S NAME *** 1. You can go to course packages page and select the package most suitable to you . 2. Log-in if you have a membership account or Sign-up a new account. You may use your Facebook or Google account or create a new account using your email address. For the convenience of maintaining the booking and training record, please sign-up with the student's name. 3. Make the payment online. We accept Credit Card, PayPal and Alipay. 4. You will receive an invoice by email. 5. You can make a booking at our home page. 6. We will contact you within 24 hours confirming the first lesson and gather some information of your driving experience. ​ If you are unable to purchase course package online, you can download the application registering our courses offline.
  • Why I can't make a payment to the course package?
    There may be multiple issues in the payment process. If the system don't allow you to make payment or you want to pay offline, please contact us to register our course and pay offline.
